Find one article published in the last week about a regulation or regulator that has affected corporate decision-making. This can be from any major news source. The Wall Street Journal often has multiple articles such as this every day, although you certainly do not need to use the WSJ.

Submit a Word document that includes your name, the article title, a link to the article, and a one-paragraph analysis. In the analysis, make sure you are defining all of the important parties and how the regulation may affect the firm(s).
