What do you need to do for this assessment? Task: Develop a full marketing plan for the assigned company (as outlined in week 2 lectures and chapters 31 and 40: The Marketing Environment and Marketing Planning respectively of the customized e book). It should NOT be a description of the company’s current marketing plan. Instead, based on the PESTLE and SWOT analyses, you should decide what changes should be made to the company’s marketing plan and how those changes should take place (specifically the adaptations to the current target audience and to the current marketing mix). It should include: Marketing Analysis – A brief PESTLE analysis and the SWOT analysis Core Marketing Analysis and strategy – Briefly describe the purchasing process for your product (involvement and buying roles)Conduct a customer choice criteria analysis of the target market for your company in terms of economic, technical, social and personal factorsMake recommendations for the segmentation, targeting and positioning strategy your company should use.Marketing Strategy Recommendations – Using a marketing mix (4Ps/7Cs) format Prepare a report of 1500-2000 words outlining your marketing plan: The case options were as follows: Nando’s Restaurants to mainland EUDisneyland theme parks to AustraliaMarks and Spencer’s Retail Stores to Japan Innocent Drinks to ChinaEA Games to Pakistan Dacia Cars to South AmericaPunk Beer to Russia Dunkin Donuts to India
Structure: Your report should be divided into the following 4 sections. Section 1: Introduction (approx.100-200 words) Section 2: PESTLE analysis (approx. 500-700 words) Section 3: Strategy explanation (approx. 400-600 words) Section 4: Marketing mix (approx. 400-600 words) Section 5: Conclusion (approx. 100-200 words) References Maximum word count 1500-2000 words.
Theory and/or task resources required for the assessment: You must conduct secondary research for this assessment finding relevant sources independently, in addition to the resources suggested on the module VLE page. You should provide a range of current, relevant and reliable sources.
Referencing style: You should refer to a minimum of 5 relevant sources for your presentation. Please refer to your module VLE page for a list of useful resources. You must include an APA style reference list at the end of your report.

Submission Requirements: You must submit your assessment electronically via the Turnitin link on your VLE module page. Assessments submitted after the submission deadline of 29th May, 2021 at 11.59 pm may incur penalties or may not be accepted.
How will this assessment be marked?
