system, including the accompanying record-keeping processes and forms. Create a model personnel system drawing upon current best practices and literature. You are encouraged
to develop innovative approaches of your own.
Produce:
- A written, 4 page document outlining your professional development system.

**I work at Chicago Public Schools as a School Social Worker so you can use the that as the baseline to discuss the aforementioned instructions.
