For your project department, you will identify one position and conduct a job analysis. You will use two methods. The first method you will use is the position inventory questionnaire using the one provided in the assignment resources. The second method is one of your choosing. If you do not have access to the position, in which you can use a second method, benchmark the positions with other organizations, and discuss your findings.
