Steps I Have taken:  Obtain my doctorate in education, went through New leaders Academy, mentorship and job embedded experience.

Essay 2.  It can often be challenging to balance a graduate program with full-time employment. Describe a time when you had to balance several projects at once. Share your failures and successes from that experience. What did you learn in that experience that you employ today?( I had to balance being a mom of 3 and baseball football, cheer while getting my doctorate degree and I managed my time very well by the support of my husband and family members.  I did things in priority and made sure I kept up with deadlines. (write a 4 paragraph essay on this topic)

Essay 3.  Explain your goals and your purpose for pursuing a graduate education degree at Lipscomb University and elaborate on how this degree would help you to make an impact on teaching and learning in your classroom or school in a concise, clear essay (500 words).
